Sometimes when moving appointments up and down / or dragging to block a day the system gets stuck and I have to log out and back in again for it to do what I needed to do.

Efficiency & effectiveness. Great product and easy to use.

I have trouble almost every appointment I make,the time & date are open,I almost always have to use the Force button,more then once.

It is also too easy to accidentally move an appointment by mistake when using the phone version.

Product is user friendly, functions properly and the ease of utilizing the product.

The layout of EZnet is very easy to identify the appointment type and status. It is easy to train new staff on and they feel comfortable using it very quickly.

I am satisfied with the software as it is helpful to have the 3 print formats.

The customer service is excellent. I set up a training session with EZnet when I first started the job and I very quickly was brought up to speed with how to use it for scheduling.

I like the interface and color scheme. Simplicity and stability also on a good level.

And the ability to input many different types of information about the appointments is outstanding (all client info, notes about the appointment, etc.).

As the administrator and primary user that sets the blocks and exceptions up, it's sometimes time consuming to put them in and get them in correct in one session.

Sometimes I had trouble staying logged in. It would boot me, on occasion.

It is a inconvenience to whoever is scheduling for the day.

EZ Net has been very user friendly which was the most important to me.

We piloted EZnet Scheduler at one location and quickly integrated company wide. The EZ Net support team has been available to assist or answer every question that has arisen.

We have loved it ever since we started using it, and several upgrades have made it even better. We have multiple recording booths at our studio, and our schedule changes constantly throughout the day.

Being able to reschedule by email with customers. The price is very good for number of reminder we need to send out per customer.

Its easy to use and does everything-the online booking facility is great.

The ability to customize it in so many ways. We have a Laser Tag attraction that we needed to take reservations for in order to follow safety procedures due to Covid.

I integrate with Stripe and Paypal so my booking and checking out process is seamless. I love the fact that everything is digital and I am 100% paperless and compliant for GDPR.

Not much possibly too long numbers when buying vouchers I find adding treatments sometimes confusing for me we could have a choice of background or seasonal i.e. Christmas Easter summer etc.

Works seamlessly, super reliable, clients love the online booking, but most of all the team are great.

The online booking is a great feature and ever growing area of our business. Very customer friendly and integrates well in the system.

So far* inability to integrate with Square. I prefer it to Stripe, which does the job in the intervening period, and I've been advised that Square may be in the works.

The customer service was super helpful. I wouldn't have been able to customize it to my needs without their useful guidance.

I don't like the inability to block out a specific day. You can block but it still allows you to book over it.

The cost compared to other similar systems is fantastic and as mentioned all support and training provided is excellent.

Leaving it too long before I got OVATU as I was using google calendar and had no way of tracking appointments.

Unable to set up more than 1 set week (I work shifts). No shop option for customers to buy products online.

I like the option to set rotas depending on the current situation and for events such as Christmas. Also having a full list of treatments with prices that I can tweak for individual bookings.

The pricing is very affordable and, for everything that is included, is a bargain.

On the payment screen theee are too many steps if this could be broken down to a simpler version of cash / eftpos then paid it would be much simpler.

The support team have been totally awesome,  they imported all my old appointments from my old system, so i have full client history. Always responded sometimes within minuets.

I love the great customer service, the step by step help guides, the fact that everything is in one plae at the click of a button.

Any assistance that is needed, not only are they more than happy to help but the speed in which they do this always amazes me.
