Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Great technical support. Easily customized to my personal use. Have received a lot of positive response from clients.

  • Efficiency & effectiveness. Great product and easy to use.

  • Cons

  • I've had some complaints from clients that they can't log in or can't cancel an existing appointment online. I'm not sure how to advise them.

  • No ios app for iPhone/ipad. System logs you out too quickly, I leave it open on my desk top and have to log back in numerous times each day.

  • Pros

  • I really liked its ease of use for just about anyone.

  • Revel is user friendly and I love that we can use it with iPads.

  • Cons

  • The only con is the monthly fee. Although pricey, the bang for your buck at the end of the month is worth it.

  • Sometimes difficult to match up specific menu changes to system, so we have to create "patches" to make work. But it does work.
