Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, team friendly, quick and efficient. The change over from our previous company was seamless and the support is incredible!

  • I have used several other platforms and by far this is the best one. It is easy to use, the features are outstanding, and they had the best customer service ever hands down!

  • Cons

  • Commision rate is reasonable but could be a bit lower (as a small business)

  • The admin system could of been a bit more "sexy" and it would of been a perfect

  • Pros

  • There are many options, user friendly, the staff have helped me so many times over the phone. They were pleasent and friendly.

  • Customer support was great. Very supportive when I called.

  • Cons

  • I wish the texting reminders options were better, not a huge fan of having to buy the "tokens" for each text.

  • The error message bug regarding processing emails. Not a big problem, just annoying
