Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's customizable and it offers amazing and personal support

  • Easy. Simple. Efficient. The biggest PRO is their customer service. It is incredible

  • Cons

  • Sometimes the log-in can be glitchy. But, overall, it is excellent software that makes coordinating several schedules really easy.

  • The software is very involved, and so it is sometimes difficult to train new employee on the system, however once learned it is a great system.

  • Pros

  • This is the best software I have seen for one on one service providers and it is easy to set up and use.

  • I like the easy navigation and mobile app. It's very easy to create invoices, appointments, and communicate with my clients because the app is mobile.

  • Cons

  • Vcita works great, but I think they are no longer connected with Wix. I'm utilizing Vcita for FREE at this time, but at some point, I'll have to pay.

  • Minor bugs with the App Version that do not translate over to the PC Version. Otherwise, I have not experienced any "cons" that are beyond the learning curve of new software.
