Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I have been able to schedule absolutely everything I need to do for the month and what's great is that I get an email reminding me of what's next to do. The support team has been great.
  • I would recommend Float for small to mid sized companies definitely, it is a great product boost and good way of reporting and seeing issues early.
  • Cons

  • I hate that you can't lock items into place and that when you move items around they don't automatically push out the schedule.
  • At the beginning splitting and moving tasks can be a quite hideous job. Especially in the environment where we have many changes during the week, it can be difficult to keep track on everything.

  • It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.
  • The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.
  • Cons

  • Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.
  • When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.
