  • I love how all the services are integrated together for ease of use.
  • It save me time and hassle at the end of my pups appointment. So convenient and make me feel at ease I can see my pup when ever I want while she is there.
  • Cons

  • Horrible enough that we are looking into switching this winter.
  • They have no empathy for business owners in our industry and they are failing fast.

  • User friendly, good price which is important for me; appreciate the new app update so can do more.
  • Training is provided by rep who are very helpful and patient. Software is intuitive and user friendly.
  • Cons

  • In Canada, not having the capacity to process payment through Rosy is a major problem and a costly one in terms of time, efficiency, controls...etc.
  • They were zero help setting up the last machine and have been so slow to reply on getting a new one, its been just awful.
