Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We like that it is easy to add pictures of clients, it is easy to personalize, and it is web based!!

  • I like every feature in this software, all the options it have to customize it, the way you can go paperless in the company.

  • Cons

  • Some of the financial aspects were a little rough to navigate and sometimes had some glitches. Only place we're having trouble

  • Seems there is at least one credit card issue a week. I don't like that notes don't pop up when people check in or out.

  • Pros

  • Love everything about this program. It has everything I need to build a call and send to specific employees. It allows me to help keep track of what I’ve done on each job

  • I love how easy my follow up tab is and all of the ways that I can sort through customers and jobs.

  • Cons

  • The cost is a bit high, but a necessary evil. Reasonable value for the price. Constantly evolving so this makes a up a bit for the price

  • I wish it was more Sales friendly for the salesmen at my company and measuring their numbers. But as the name states, Service Titan is great for that all on the service/install end.
