The software works as advertised, but I find the interface a little confusing.

My main criterion was the side-by-side view of multiple resource calendars, as Outlook does it (but I hate Outlook for 10 other reasons).

It is clear that the designers of this software wanted to create a flexible tool that was good at a certain feature set. Also the technical support is very responsive.
