Clients getting confused thinking they must download the app in order to book with me but when they have to use the link its confusing.

The ease of booking, as well as being able to send reminders and charge a deposit for appointments. Customer service has also been excellent - rapid response and helpful answers.

I love the layout and the ease of use of the calendar. I also like the customization of the booking side.

Don't like that it uses an 800 # instead of my call back. Makes it hard to respond on my part if I have to stop what I'm doing to look up customers # so I can answer if need be.
