So far I'm hard pressed to find anything negative about this software. Maybe the most difficult thing is spelling the name.

Accessing patient information is quick and easy...address...upcoming appointments...billing. Most of my patients find it easy to use, and prefer it to the previous software system I was using.

Love that it sends reminders to my clients a few days before they come in.

Gorendezvous is very reasonably priced in comparison to  similar products. Able to quickly and easily access  my colleagues availability/schedule using a drop down navigation box.

All good since last week. It was a good site, but I cannot say that anymore.

When my clients cancel, it's not simple for them to reschedule.

If I delete an appointment on my schedule (ex I made a mistake in scheduling an appointment or the patient canceled it ) it will still count in my limited appointment available.

We have had zero downtime with Gorendezvous. Ability to cost effectively try out the software before purchase, with monthly payment option as opposed to expensive one time purchase.

That it syncs with my phone calendar, provides reminder texts to clients and myself,  quick easy login from anywhere at any time of day.

It freezing on my cell and tablet plus customers are aving dificulty booking , a eindow opens saying lost connection etc. Every morning you connect it says lost connection.

Ability to integrate features easily into website (e.g. booking button).

Very intuitive and easy to use. Saves me time calling back clients and setting up appointments.

My overall experience with GoRendezvous has been great. My clients love it &  find it easy to use.

I found that it was hard to use on a telephone device without an app.

Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.

Their ability to evolve in useful ways — mobile app, education program, email to postcards, etc — is what we like most, for sure, and why we stay with and recommend Mailchimp to others.

And allows for an all in one solution. The reporting is as good as it gets, most of their tools are free and the interface is super easy to use for editing purposes.

Customer support was terrible and when i misunderstood how to use the platform they terminated the relationship because of spam.

It came with free trial which helps to convince my company to use it. It has a great feature  and user interface that helps even any one new to email marketing to start with.

Easy to develop on using API, amazing possibility to up sell products via integrated marketing tools and integrations with e-commerce, brilliant list management features and click tracking.

I was quite frustrated with the fact that I had no assistance at all and it created a bad experience for me as a new user.

This price is outrageous. Also, they do not give you an option to not pay for the features you do not use.

The customization and integration of this software is great. Also, the easy of sending weekly and monthly newsletters is awesome.
