The ease of use and detailed reports are amazing. The fact that it integrates easily into my website is awesome.

We held back from using Helm for a while because of the poor mobile experience, but the pros to the software started to out weigh the negatives which is when we decided to make the switch.

The integration of booking, sales, email and text messages is awesome. I have recommended Helm to several of my friends who own businesses, none of who own float centers.

Great, helm is always been a pleasure to deal with when I have issues or questions. They seem to always be adapting.

Finding a software platform that is this incredibly robust, easy to use, implement and that has customer service that is knowledgeable, kind and responsive is rare and much appreciated.

It was slightly difficult in the beginning  to figure out how to set block scheduling for the different services.

I demoed at least 6 other similar software programs and Helm was the best value and the best of all I demoed.

We love the ease of use, the fact that it is our POS, scheduling system & internal communication system all in one place. The reports are easy to find and help us stay informed.

The only major con for us is that we can not use the payment portion of the software as no banking systems align with us in New Zealand.

They really seek to understand any potential challenges wellness centers like myself have, but are always evolving into a better system. The people that work there are amazing and always available.

My experience with Helmbot and their team has been quite amazing. They are always there to help or listen to any ideas you may have about their system.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

I also appreciate being able to see my stat's for the month and year. It's a great help for taxes.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.
