Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The product is easy to use! I like the messages that it sends the customers. The scheduling is amazing. Just an amazing product.

  • This program is very easy to use and within house all has got to be the best I have ever seen

  • Cons

  • Although it is a very user-friendly system, I did have to separate my quickbooks from the server as it didn't merge as well as was originally thought.

  • When you refer other pros if they stay on the free trial till it runs out they wont give you the referral bonus

  • Pros

  • The customer service and willingness to adapt to our needs is excellent.

  • The software is user friendly and offers a great deal of ways to track patient customer service. Feedback allows constructive improvement ideas

  • Cons

  • Some of the wording is a little bit hard to understand when setting up Luma. The self-scheduler and self- add was a little tough for us to understand at first but we are rocking now!

  • Integration was not difficult but as expected, there were times in which we had to made adjustments and the Luma representatives were always available to help.
