Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The product is easy to use! I like the messages that it sends the customers. The scheduling is amazing. Just an amazing product.

  • This program is very easy to use and within house all has got to be the best I have ever seen

  • Cons

  • Although it is a very user-friendly system, I did have to separate my quickbooks from the server as it didn't merge as well as was originally thought.

  • When you refer other pros if they stay on the free trial till it runs out they wont give you the referral bonus

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use and to set up. My patients are really happy to be able to book their appoitments so easily. And for me, it's a huge time saver. I love it.

  • The interface is intuitive and very easy to use. There is still space for design development, but it is still easy to use.

  • Cons

  • I think the actual layout and "look" of it could be a little more colorful or "fun." It is very clean but doesn't really have a "style" or "brand" of its own.

  • Interface clunky at first, but improving. Price structure has changed, but still a good value for most folks.
