When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.

Their ability to evolve in useful ways — mobile app, education program, email to postcards, etc — is what we like most, for sure, and why we stay with and recommend Mailchimp to others.

Mailchimp, is an excellent cost effective solution for sending out mass emails to customers. It has great capability for both the tech savvy and non-tech savvy users.

The customization feature allows you to create colorful and creative emails that are appealing to the eye. The scheduling feature is super helpful to plan out communications.

And allows for an all in one solution. The reporting is as good as it gets, most of their tools are free and the interface is super easy to use for editing purposes.

Customer support was terrible and when i misunderstood how to use the platform they terminated the relationship because of spam.

I was quite frustrated with the fact that I had no assistance at all and it created a bad experience for me as a new user.

This price is outrageous. Also, they do not give you an option to not pay for the features you do not use.

The customization and integration of this software is great. Also, the easy of sending weekly and monthly newsletters is awesome.
