  • Pros

  • There are many options, user friendly, the staff have helped me so many times over the phone. They were pleasent and friendly.

  • Customer support was great. Very supportive when I called.

  • I wish the texting reminders options were better, not a huge fan of having to buy the "tokens" for each text.

  • The error message bug regarding processing emails. Not a big problem, just annoying

  • Love this software. Really easy to use on my mobile.

  • easy to use, never off line, great overview, makes my job much easier

  • No complaints other than I can't seem to figure out how to change the calendar setting on the app to a Sunday-Saturday layout.

  • There were glitches at first on my iPad, but are resolved now.
