Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Customer support was great. Very supportive when I called.

  • This software was very easy to use and most of the time customer support was always on our side. There were a lot of options to use to run our business successfully.

  • Cons

  • I wish it would display ALL the future appointments a client has on the confirmation page. It would greatly help me to realize mistakes I've made on my schedule.

  • all the updates sometime I'm home and my app won't work because of updates . I also wish it was quicker to book on my cell it's a lot of steps

  • Pros

  • It is easy to use. Authorization levels for different user. Easy to set up. The appointment set up form are very customizable. Not to expensive. Great to control payment scheduling.

  • Easy. Simple. Organized. Updates fast. Multiple users is great.

  • Cons

  • sometime theirs a lag in updates. not sure why but not to bad not much of a con.

  • There's a bit of a learning curve but that's to be expected from a complex system with so many features.
