Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great customer service, fairly easy to use software

  • I actually love that the customer can accept or deny my estimate sent to them by email. I also like that it turns your accepted estimates into jobs!

  • Cons

  • The lack of ability to customize the Loc8 lite. I need to be able to adjust what info is sent to my clients vs tech team.

  • System is dependant on Adobe Flash Player, which means ensuring the latest version is rolled out. However, it does give a great user experience.

  • Pros

  • I love how easy to use and well-organized it is. The free version of the app has an incredible amount of features.

  • It was easy to use and didnt have loading issues

  • Cons

  • No complaints other than I can't seem to figure out how to change the calendar setting on the app to a Sunday-Saturday layout.

  • I have no complaints. I did have an issue once with the time change.
