Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great customer service, fairly easy to use software

  • I actually love that the customer can accept or deny my estimate sent to them by email. I also like that it turns your accepted estimates into jobs!

  • Cons

  • The lack of ability to customize the Loc8 lite. I need to be able to adjust what info is sent to my clients vs tech team.

  • System is dependant on Adobe Flash Player, which means ensuring the latest version is rolled out. However, it does give a great user experience.

  • Pros

  • It was pretty easy to use & had a great CRM element and reporting functionality.

  • Good layout and the dashboard gives a great snapshot and overview.

  • Cons

  • If there is one feature we could get, it would be an integrated POS. With that said, we currently use Square and it's working fabulously.

  • The iOS app is great but doesn't have the the flexibility and functions of the desktop version - for example you can't amend staff rotas via the app.
