I have had a good experience with MEND and would recommend to anyone.

I like the ease of use on my end and for the patient. The quick fill documents are great and the link for the call is very user friendly.

It's comforting to have this connection to your health care team.

It does not work well if the app is interrupted by an incoming call, you will have to log in and out. The voice function normally drops after being interrupted.

Mend tech team wonderful at making changes as we request them and finding solutions for alternate workflows. Great implementation process.

I feel it has been fairly intuitive with great icon for clarity and navigation. Mend IT support has been quite helpful as well during a virtual call with a patient.

Consistent bugs when trying to schedule someone or issues with the service sending the client the wrong code or wrong date for apt.

Connections are often poor, frequently cuts out, sometimes have an echo.

It is easy to use after practicing for a while. Technical help is always available and very helpful.

Great easy to use telehealth platform that is snappy and quick. Lots of features for professionals to help with patients and connecting.

There is too much valuable clinic time wasted in trying to troubleshoot Mend's technical problems.

Plus customer Service is horrible and not friendly. It doesn't always refresh and it is hard to try to troubleshoot problems.

Love how all staff can view and make appointments from out of the salon and how great it blends with Xero. Super happy with the pricing and we would never be without it now.

Timely gave us a good calendar option to preview to the client and they loved it.
