Cons: The main thing I'd flag is uncertainty about the future. Cal.com — the platform Cal.ID is built on — recently moved its codebase closed-source. That means Cal.ID can no longer freely incorporate Cal.com's latest improvements and new features going forward. It's still too early to know how the Cal.ID team will handle this — whether they'll build independently, find alternative open-source foundations, or struggle to keep pace.
