Once in a couple of month my customers couldn't online booking  by themselves, they gets a frustrated.

In Canada, not having the capacity to process payment through Rosy is a major problem and a costly one in terms of time, efficiency, controls...etc.

The system is great and they have a very responsive customer service line. Definitely the best salon software system I have had the past 20+ years of working in the nail salon industry.

Training is provided by rep  who are very helpful and patient. Software is intuitive and user friendly.

The feature I miss the most is being able to set up meetings of different durations during the day, in one calendar.

I love that this calendar integrates with my Google Calendar. I can simply send an email to a prospect or customer and they can choose a time that works best for them to meet.

Also, once the product was configured properly, it has been very stable and accurate. I like the ample amount of options for customization.

Sometimes, the email responses and workflows can be confusing when setting up. But once you have done this a few times, it runs much smoother.

This has saved us so much time and is such a wonderful and easy tool for our students to use too.

Setting up the form and creating the team members was really straightforward. With questions that I DID have, the tech support was fantastic - friendly and quick.

I love the automatic time zone detection and integration with Zapier.

Once it is setup it is easy to use, easy to share, easy to edit. Very straight forward and works PERFECTLY with google calendars.
