Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use with a lot of functions. Was very simple to get use to. It is nice that we can use the same program on multiple computers and it updates itself fast.

  • It is easy to use. It is easy to access and recover the information needed

  • Cons

  • however worth it, I find the program a little pricey.....also, a longer contract term should be available at a discount.....

  • I wish there were more customization with the labels.

  • Its super easy to use, on the go and on laptop too. It has some really great tools and functions - customers can book with ease, and as a business owner you can manage everything in one place.

  • it is very easy to use, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE is OUTSTANDING! Very responsive and always able to help with any enquiries or issues. It is like having a personal support team!

  • Cons

  • Freeze sometimes, but it might be just my phone. Fortunately doesn't happen often.

  • N/A the only thing that is a con is when the system goes down, but that happens to most softwares. It’s resolved very quickly so no issue there.
