One of the easiest to set up app for appointments
Pros
I loved how easy it was to set up. There were quite a few steps involved, but the app provided the steps needed and let me know if I was missing anything.
Cons
I don't have many cons right now. So far it's met all of my needs.
Reasons for switching to Square Appointments
Calendly only allowed for the creation of ONE type of appointment and I needed at least two to get my business needs met.

Easy All-In-One System
I would highly recommend Square Appointments for a simple system that is elegant and user-friendly.
Pros
Square Appointments is great because it alleviates one less account you need. It handles merchant processing, product inventory, client records, appointment deposits and more.
Cons
I don't like the look/functionality of the embedded scheduling widget. It doesn't blend well with most websites and is very noticeably a square application. (Which I suppose is great/strong branding on their part)

The pricing of Square was optimal as well as their integrated payroll system for my team.
Reasons for switching to Square Appointments
Schedulicity wasn't staying current with the changes in media appearance. It was starting to feel very "dated" compared to the strides other companies were taking. They also did not have a true app at the time.

A good software, but room for improvement
I had a fantastic experience until they changed their subscription and removed the calendar sync function for free users
Pros
-Easy to use and navigate -Basic features that are essential for Massage Therapy business
Cons
Free system was great and then they removed the calendar sync function, unless you upgraded.

Extortion
Had to upgrade my subscription in order to retrieve my client list. Extortion!!!
Pros
It was free to Square users and synced to Google calendar.
Cons
It is no longer free to square users and is NOT good for a mobile service business if you need to book longer arrival times. You can only book exact times which is almost impossible to keep when each job is different.

Because I was a loyal Square user.
