  • Pros

  • For most of your company needs, you can plan it on Taskeo. Start from meeting plans, time tracking, billing, and a neat appointment scheduler is the perfect asset for us.
  • I really like how you can organize workload in Taskeo; project management is now a seamless experience. Taskeo has helped our team to better maintain productivity and motivation.
  • Cons

  • Each module is charged separately. If you're on a budget, you may not be able to afford to subscribe to all the modules.
  • Recurring Tasks doesn't support rolling due dates. Needs more integrations such as Microsoft Teams.

  • The Bitpod team has been instrumental in getting us up and running with using the tool. They've had a very quick response rate and we can tell they are always looking to improve.
  • The system is very easy to use and has all the necessary functionalities for an event platform from registration to analytics. It has very good integration possibilities with other systems.
  • Cons

  • We've only had one issue where promote event link on our social media channel, but the customer service team helped me to solve the problem quickly.
  • Sometimes, I am not offline and I wish it has offline mode.
