Time saving magic

Amazing service so far, will continue to use

Pros

The software enabled me to focus on my clients instead of constantly responding to inbox messages and phone calls. The app also reminds customers of their upcoming appointments which significantly cuts back on no shows

Cons

it doesn’t currently allow extra members of staff to be added so my Saturday girl can’t access or view

Great value for money and I could access it online and via my laptop

Convenient and easy

Absolutely amazing. Convenient, easy to use (and I’m not exactly tech-savvy) and an all round fantastic asset to my business

Pros

I can’t recommend Trimmy enough, it’s been so helpful in running my small business alongside being a full-time university student. It’s so easy to use and helps me keep up with what’s going on and when, and the reminders mean I can set up/ clean before the customer arrives, making the service I give much improved in comparison to before.

Cons

I don’t have any bad experiences, makes running the business smooth and easy

Trimmy was really helpful for me

I was initially sceptical but after moving my bookings to Trimmy, it was really helpful for my work. I had fewer clients missing appointments, and it made my diary much easier to keep track of.

Pros

I found the customer service excellent and the online booking system really useful and quite easy to use.

Cons

Only issue is some of my older less tech-savvy clients found booking through an app somewhat more challenging than doing so down the phone or email, but it made it much easier for me to keep track of in the long run.
