Since we started using this software our call performance, client retention rate, overall revenue, and call to appointment conversion rates have literally skyrocketed.... The phone system offers all the features you could possible need and set up is a breeze. You and your staff have the option to listen to calls, assess them and make any needed changes or improvements in how your staff interacts with clients, especially your new clients. They're always adding new features to help make our job a little easier. The dashboard is very user friendly and customer support is absolutely outstanding. You can even set up goals and reward programs to help keep up the team moral. We are so glad we went with UPbook, it's been a real game changer for our clinic. The ability to review calls, especially if a problem occurred, helps to improve the customer satisfaction. The recent addition of a texting option using the same telephone number has helped the receptionist in confirming appointments. It's also reaching the younger demographic of clients who prefer texting rather than phone calls. We implemented a reward system as well to reward our receptionist who consistently book our new client calls. Cons: The software is still developing. I haven't found anything I don't like.
