  • We are now able to serve our customers faster than ever, but also with internal productivity for preparing our products. For the price, this software brings great value to our company and customers.
  • The simplicity of set up and the ease of reservations on the user end.
  • Cons

  • Manually blocking off times can be time-consuming for shorter experiences. The browser-based application does not run well on older tablets and can experience bugs.
  • We had the line displayed on a big screen and people got confused thinking the time showed by their name was the amount of time they had left instead of the amount of time they had been waiting.
