Meine negative Bewertung bezieht sich deshalb weniger auf das Produkt selbst als auf den Umgang mit der automatischen Aboverlängerung. Ich habe RoomSketcher während mehrerer Monate nicht mehr genutzt. Trotzdem wurde mein Abonnement automatisch verlängert und meine Kreditkarte entsprechend belastet. Eine vorgängige Erinnerung per E-Mail zur bevorstehenden Verlängerung bzw. Abbuchung habe ich nicht erhalten. Gemäss RoomSketcher erfolgt lediglich eine Benachrichtigung innerhalb der Software – was wenig hilfreich ist, wenn man diese gerade nicht mehr nutzt. Für mich ist diese Praxis nicht kundenfreundlich. Bei einem kostenpflichtigen Abonnement mit automatischer Verlängerung erwarte ich eine transparente Information per E-Mail, bevor meine Kreditkarte erneut belastet wird. And also when I was using the program more than 2-3 hours and then I wanted to save it or make 360 view it freezed and I had to refresh all the program again. I had issues with the sharing feature and the customer service team helped resolve it in about one business day. #### Cons The inability to view the 3D models on a mobile device is a definite down side. Some of the "snap in place" movement that the platform does when moving components around a model don't "snap" to where you'd actually want something, which then takes a lot more time to find a work around to place things where you actually want them. I also don't care for the credit system of sharing models. After paying the annual fee you have to pay more to be able to share models. Everyone HATES to be nickel and dimed. For the price, compared with other products I believe that RoomSketcher is excellent value for Money. The training and customer and client support, in my experience is impeccable. I am comfortable with the fact that although this is an online product, I have no issues with its security. Both the design and construction functions along with 3D modelling are especially beneficial to me in my day to day work. #### Cons There were some minor aspects, such as being able to group to together lines and rooms which would have been helpful. They could see our vision through a quick design and we easily paid for the program with this one job. We found no issues with the program and actually found that it was a lot easier to navigate than some of the other programs on the market. I loved the 3D Modelling it offers! #### Cons The credit charges can add up a little, but I still see value making the benefit outweigh the cost. The customer support with access to 1:1 video training calls, the in program training videos. The 2D/3D modeling make it very easy to communicate with clients efficiently. #### Cons The furniture options are very pedestrian. Also, adding a mood board option to the program would be an added benefit. Being able to use actual products for the mood board with color palettes is impactful for clients. It’s incredibly easy to use, even if you’re not a designer. You can quickly move walls, change flooring, swap out furniture, and experiment with different layouts without any hassle. One of the best features is the 3D view, which lets you see exactly how everything will look in a realistic way before making any real-life changes. It makes redesigning a room (or an entire house) simple, fun, and stress-free. Also very easy to set personal colors on the most of the furnitures and adjust the size. Easy to find "how-to-do-it" in the support and questions. #### Cons I wish there was more alternatives on materials, that there was a "copy-the-color or tile" so I can make the design 100% for my costumers. The low cost of membership and then pay-as-you-go model is a bonus for us. #### Cons The external wall materials are limited as well as the graphics on the wall construction on 3D floorplans could be more detailed. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, and the furniture library covers most residential needs. The 3D snapshots and walk-through features make it easy for clients to visualize spaces — even before construction or renovation starts. It saves me time and adds a premium look to all my real estate listings and investment teasers. #### Cons While RoomSketcher is overall very efficient, there are a few limitations. The furniture library, although decent, lacks variety — especially when it comes to modern, high-end, or region-specific (e.g. European) furniture and finishes. Sometimes I find myself compromising on interior details just because the right item isn’t available. Also, while the 3D features are strong, color and material customization is sometimes limited to 3D mode only — I would love to see more flexibility in 2D floor plan styling as well. Room sketcher is very user friendly and easy to navigate through all the different tools and options. #### Cons You cannot see the detailed 3D final views until you make the snapshots and use credits.
