Pros/Cons
Pros
- They are also SUPER quick to respond with support when needed. Huge Fan of Bonsai and happy I chose them over everyone else <3.
- So easy to use and packed full of awesomeness. Seamless integration it was a great free trial and we will move forward.
- Have loved it so far and loved how easily it integrated into our business and from day one streamlined our workflow process.
Cons
- I was based in Romania and they charged me a currency conversion fee for a currency conversion that did not happen. I took dollars and wanted to leave it as dollars.
- Sometimes I forget about the automation and Bonsai will send out invoices to my clients without me approving/adjusting them beforehand.
- I was locked out of my account because I no longer had access to my to my old phone and should have been able to verify another way.
Pros
- This product is great and affordable for small business (Tax preparers). The customer service is great.
- This has been the best and useful tax and finance software in the industry ever known. Customer support is the best team I have ever experienced.
- In this competitive environment pricing is very important. MyTaxPrepOffice is a great price, and the price is locked in for as long as you renew during the usual early Spring renewal season.
Cons
- This is causing clients to get letters from Kentucky that they owe taxes. We now have to amend those screwed up transmitted return to show what was actually prepared corrected.
- You totally ignored all the problems that were relayed to you last season regarding the Kentucky tax returns. You would not answer my calls, emails, chats, or let voice messages.
- Of those returns imported, many returned incorrect errors such as missing social security numbers, emails, etc.
