CMAP for a boutique strategy consultancy

Better than using excel and other manual tools, but still feels a bit lacking vs what you would expect from a purpose built solution for consulting.

PROS

Easy to use leads, pipeline and projects. Information flows neatly through the system, which enables data to be effectively tracked.

CONS

When recording activities against individuals or companies in the CRM, you can only have an activity against a single user, which is extremely impractical as most business and client development meetings would be with multiple counter-parts and it would be much better if a single activity could include multiple people on the system.

It was a fairly simple product to use

PROS

It was helpful in keeping it with a sense of easy use. I am not the best when it comes to using programs that are very "tech savvy" and take a lot of steps to complete only a single task and that's why i like using this.
