My customers LOVE that I am able to provide them with a professional looking floor plan with their photography package. This is been an excellent add-on product for my business and is very popular. Prior to CubiCasa, floor plans were time consuming and/or expensive to create. Using CubiCasa to create floor plans is a no-brainer.

I would really like to see the total square footage of the home on these floor plans. I find myself consistently wishing it was calculated, even if it is a close approximation. This should be fairly easy to implement, since it gives you the measurements of the room, and would not only benefit my customers, but also myself (for billing purposes).

When people ask me how it works, I tell them magic. That's basically what it is to me, I am constantly impressed how well it captures spaces that I think are for SURE going to have an issue. It's amazing that I can capture exterior spaces/structures that aren't connected to the main space...that's a great feature that can't be done by "higher end" cameras.

The ease of use is what I like most, it basically walks you through the process and makes it difficult to mess up.

If I had to pick something to dislike I would say time it takes to process but it's really not that bad. All agents want everything same hour it's done so...

So far this has performed as I expected. I have only used it a few times but so far this is working out greatly as I do not like angles or stairs.

It's a terrific add-on service that has high value to clients.

It works well, and it's very good in spaces large or small, complex or simple. I have been pleasantly surprised over and over at how well it works in complicated space, even where it's very hard to find room perimiters due to the aount of stuff. Turnaround is fast. Support is great. Ability to make modifications quickly is fantastic.

Need more texture options to compete with some of the more customized products that are out there (manual or otherwise). Plain 2D is fine, but people seem to be asking for more stuff (cars in garages, some furniture for scale, different colors/textured floors, etc). I do not service the GLA market, so can't speak for those requirements.

It's the best and easiest to use floor plan app that I've ever tried. It saves me hours and helps me make more money. If I didn't have Cubi Casa, I wouldn't be making floor plans.

If I have to pick something I don't like it's that sometimes the app says I'm too close to objects and to move back but I'll be stuck in a small bathroom or hallway, and I don't have anywhere to go. It still works perfectly fine, and I've never had any issues, but it does scare me sometime! Haha

As a one man show, it is sometimes difficult to hold onto real estate agents and offices when trying to compete with large companies that can offer agents a one stop shop and volume discounts.I spent most of the pandemic researching those companies and was able to find companies like Cubicasa that offered awesome products at a rate my clients were comfortable with and was profitable based on the amount of time it took to deliver the service. Cubicasa was even able to perfectly layout a hexagonal floorplan!

simple to do the scans. even on difficult floorplans, when i'm a bit less confident, it routinely comes back with the precise measurements.

none. in the beginning is was glitchy and would shut down at times but they have done major improvements since.

Excellent product. It only froze on me on location once during the year I've used it.

Easy platform to create floor plans on the fly. Easy to share technical data with engineers and architects.

Wishing the dimensions were slightly more accurate for architects and engineers. Sometimes launching the product takes a little time.

Its ease of use is amazing. We all have our phones with us, so it's convenient to log into an app and start making a floor plan. It is that simple.

Sometimes the measurements can be off, but I stress to my clients that this should be used to get an idea of how the house flows and where the rooms are located to each other. I would still have them measure the exact rooms, but it definitely gives them the idea of how the house is arranged and if it would be a good fit for their family. So I think the combination of a floor plan and pictures are a good pairing.

Identifying exact location of issues to resolve to clients without tagging the seller's home. Giving the client a better/more descriptive report.

As a Home Inspector, this gives my firm an edge above other home inspectors. When we identify an issue we can point on the map where the issue is. This is better than tagging the seller's home. It is more respectful of the current owner and helps the buyer find the issue. It also may help the buyer decide how best to use their new home!

I wish I could identify the styles and materials in each room as well as the appliances which will remain. Also would be great to identify the location of attic access and crawlspace access. It would also be nice to include the outline of fencing. These would be nice additions but it is great as is. Even better for my commercial inspection clients!

For the most part, I’m happy, except for sometimes it’s been taking a little long to receive them back.

Wish normal turnaround time was six hours instead of 10 or 11 hours.

So easy to use and time saving, great up selling item. Most of my clients need floor plan so it is a great tool to have, also fairly accurate.

Very rarely, looses the tracking and makes you start over, I can`t think of anything else :)

Easy to use and floorplans come out great! Customer service is also great and prompt to answer any questions.

Editing tools could be better. Would like to be able to zoom in on the pdfs as sometimes the sketch is very small and hard to read the labels. And would like to be able to change room names (some changes don't stick) and/or address without having to contact customer service.

This software truly impacts my practice, saving me significant time and effort while helping assure my sketches are in compliance with the recent changes to industry regulations. The best part is the ease of getting the data needed for the software to generate a sketch thats clean and professional in appearance.

I was disappointed they increased the fees, but its understandable considering their product and service far outpace the limited costs.

being able to offer a 2D floor plan along with my photo/video service has definetly added more value to my shoots than the time it takes.

Super fast and easy to use. As fast as walking through a property to make sure you didn't leave anything behind.

Honestly nothing I can think would make it better for my use. I'm not a huge fan of the branding color, is it green or blue? I'm going blueen.

I just paid $250 to a local appraiser to measure two homes to verify square footage. Now with this, I don't need to see him anymore! LOVE LOVE LOVE the ease of use, accuracy, quick turnaround and the various formats provided. 10 outta 10!

As a real estate appraiser, this product is literally a game changer in the field. It is ANSI compliant and helps tremendously with floor plans, measurements of tricky spaces like upper levels and basements and is extremely easy to use. I highly recommend this product to other real estate appraisers.

Wish there was the capability to change the room labels manually myself instead of having to have it processed by company.

Biggest is it takes the room measurements and also since I have a floor plan it makes it easier to remember all the rooms of the house and location so easier to make comments

I Love Cubi Casa the best part is I no longer have to measure houses and can use the software. It makes my job go faster and I don't need to spend as much time measuring. I know when I use Cubi Casa, I don't need to worry about it not being accurate.
