Overall great tool and far superior to the outdated and clunky softwares that I have used previously for architectural project management.

It would be far easier to have timesheets be by a bimonthly pay period if we desired. I brought this to Monograph's attention, but so far this problem has not been addressed.

I find it inconvenient that I can't create an invoice as a consultant for a single client that allows me to reference multiple projects.

The software is tailed to designers which is great - the interface is easy to use and love the features where you can have certain people see data / have control.

Monograph enables me to more easily record time and track project progress & fees. For basic functions & daily usage, it's easy to use.

I have always disliked taking the time to put my time into a timesheet in the past.

It can be difficult to keep track of specific tasks on the schedule; it is also not possible to edit schedules after the week is over.

I don't like that to hide the project fees from employees that I have to deny them access to everything but time sheets.

The best thing about Monograph is that the software interface was designed to be beautiful and intuitive.

The benefits are wonderful and I'm really really excited about the program.

They are also pretty aesthetically pleasing as well, so that's a huge bonus in my book. As well, the software was fairly easy to integrate in to my existing work routine due to it's ease of use.

First time I used to submit a drawing for my business and it took me no time to complete my drawing.

It has been a disappointing waste of time and money.

I use Firefox 88.0 (64-bit) on a MacBook Pro under OS Big Sur 11.0.1,  I have reported the problem to both Firefox and SmartDraw.

Easy to navigate and ease of use. It took me a few clicks and I was able to find all kinds of things I needed to work on my projects.

Great program to help me offer the unexpected services.

When it works it does a good job. Customer support were good when I contacted them several times in the first year.

Difficult to understand and use. After an hour I was defeated in my design and just gave up.

I' using SmartDraw for many years and my opinion is the same :An inexpensive but fantastic software for both network diagrams and any other business and other needs.

The software does need some getting used to but once you're familiar with it,  it does save a lot of time. If you're not used to a dedicated chartmaker, give this one a try.

The software offers a great assortment of templates, including charts and graphs, that I quickly develop and use for client proposals. The results are always sharp and professional looking.

Consume abundant resources, and its installation is so slow that it becomes tedious waiting until fully charged.

Integration with existing business processes should be easy with SmartDraw, but depending on the complexity of the business processes, this may become difficult.

Software is easy to use. The thing I like most about it is that the software run online, all you need is an internet browser and you can access the software.

Without even this basic feature, it's just an utterly useless piece of software to me. After seeing this software, though, I realise why many estate agent's floorplans are so poor.

SmartDraw - Not quite a Visio replacement-- but pretty close.

We found the best format for our organization chart in SmartDraw. Easy to use and design the chart that you want.

SmartDraw is a software with potential and it's amazing the plenty of things you can make with this.

Bugs are not a thing that customer service seems to be allowed to talk about, which is unfortunate, given how full of bugs this software is.

Further, it constantly just stops and closes itself - and dumps all of your work during that session, even if you have been saving.

There are lots of templates to start with, which makes it a lot easier to get started with this software. I like the integration with popular tools such as Trello and Jira.

Product was pretty good to use as a beginner. Not over stuffed with functions.

Limited symbol options specific to interior design. If you use too many JPEG images within the file the system struggles to convert to PDF.

This software would be great if it worked and if customer support wasn't abysmal.

Can create your mind maps and complex flowchart of any kind with ease. Using it on office desktop and well integrated with Microsoft office suit.

One of the main advantages and attractions of SmartDraw is its intuitive and clean design, with multiple templates to be used in almost all types of diagrams and designs.

It is a bit boring for all that it does. The layout would be better if I had the whole screen and the options to drag and drop were at the top.

I thin the licence fee is slightly steep compared for other types of online editor tools and so think this makes it difficult to justify.

Smartdraw has made it easy for me to map out a future website and landing pages. Will use it again and again.

It has most of the power of Visio with some added discovery things so if one is starting without the requirement of Visio integration, its a solid, but pricy tool.

A little overwhelming at first, but super easy to navigate after the first go-around. Essentially super quick and easy to use.
