I definitely recommend the program! Thanks to him, many families got the design of their dream place. I can't imagine designing without this program. It is easy to use and very intuitive. You can create a professional project for a client or a project for yourself. Huge selection of materials and equipment.

5d planner is very useful and even if the app has some limitations, the support team is very helpful and are quick to respond to the app issues.

I appreciate the ability to upload textures to give more realistic renderings of the rooms I am creating. My clients appreciate that I can try-on different looks and colours and helps them visualize a pretty 3D version of their space.

The items (furnishings) in the catalogue can be updated more frequently to be current with design trends. Also I have experienced some recurring bugs with modifying furniture details such as colour and sizing, for which I escalated. And I look forward if 5d planner provides diagonal layouts in their construction features, to allow for diagonal wall panelling.

Absolutely awesome [sensitive content hidden] in Customer Service was one of the most awesome customer service people I have ever worked with. Very patient and thorough they did not give up until I was sorted out. I love this app. If you do this for work I would say offer it to your customers to play with their layouts then show them what you can do it would be a powerful tool in that way. I love how easy it is to use. I can make my own plans and share those ideas with contractors which is so awesome. I get to decide what I want to do myself and what I want to hire out for. I also get to see what’s feasible in my space before asking for the impossible.

I had a few glitches in the beginning but customer service was PHENOMENAL and sorted me out immediately. No cons for me. Maybe they could add pricing but that fluctuates so much based on market and date.

Poor customer service. Many expectations not clear and some features not able to trial until you pay. There is not any documentation about the features either, so no way to research what the feature does, or what options are for render and plan recognition. Also, it was not clear that more objects in the library are available or not after paying. No way of importing new objects, no way of accessing the shopping cart (feature not yet available in the USA, they said, with no estimate to when it will be ready). Finally, their "Academy Courses" stated as being a subscription feature, are actually just the 2 videos that are already available in the free account! They refuse any refund or any partial refund due to their "policy". I paid for 1 year in advanced and test it only for a couple days. I had used a few renders and plan recognition features and they insisted I was no eligible for any refund of any kind.

Not very much except few commands like blocks updating and renaming the object and selecting multiple items.

I used it to design my family's renovation project. It gave us great flexibility and I love being able to play with the 2d and 3d views! Very easy to use especially for someone who's not familiar with these types of design apps. The customer service was seriously phenomenal when I had an issue!

I like that you can upload a floor plan. I also like that you can easily create 3d models and switch back and forth. its very intuitive and easy to use.

The free trial could be longer or for businesses there should be a 2 week trial to make sure the value of the product matches since its 399.99 for commercial use and only 59.99 for individual.

I have been searching for a good user friendly tool where I can do the interior myself, instead of a designer. Looks like Planner 5D is the best option. So far liking the tool for its user-friendliness and the options it brings in on to the table. A great tool

Nothing as such. I have been using the tool for last 2 weeks and have not seen any challenges as such.

Excellent. We added an addition to our home and 5D really helped us plan and to visualize the outcome. It actually saved us some money as we were working with our contractor because we could show him exactly how we wanted particular things to turn out.

Really great website and very easy to use. I am a beginner and was able to use this service easily compared to other websites. Very intuitive and user friendly- you must give it a try.

The subscription was a little expensive for beginners but they do offer a free trial which is great.

Waste of time.

If you are a homeowner and just want to do some simple reno planning, don't waste your time. Free mode gives you access to hardly any images - 1 or two toilets, no interior doors. Its really useless. You can't split a wall so you can accurately add a window, for example. Skip this one.

Options too limited. Suck you in with "Design for Free" but you have to pay to get any value other than shape of the room. I can do that on paper just as quickly.

I give it a 4 out of 5 because it’s a great thing to use for a home and to learN about how to build things/rooms/buildings.

Remodeling a mid sized head quarters. Zero benefit. Felt like 1990s era software development.

While straightforward and easy to use--90s software style--the best feature is the ability to switch from 2D to 3D. But that benefit is drowned out by the cons.

First, if you buy the software, the upgrade in functionality is not worth the money. You're literally stuck with Planner 5D's conception of windows, doors, and etc. Second, it is difficult if not impossible to efficiently create spaces to scale with the existing inventory. Third, Customer service is lacking. When I mentioned a bug / glitch in the online platform, they wanted me to prove it. Seriously? For the American market at least (this is an overseas company), this is a non starter.
