  • Pros

  • Good value, user friendly and good customer support.
  • We deal with complex often very unique matters so its ability to zero in help reduce time spent and gleaning through less relevant information.
  • Cons

  • It was hard to find cases on Declaratory Judgements rulings, especially on Insurance litigation issues.
  • At least for my state, I am not sure I am getting the search results I need for workers compensation litigation.

  • The software is very user friendly and integrates well with our website.
  • The Smith.ai Website Chat also integrates perfectly with my CRM/case management software. It has really been a boost to my business.
  • Cons

  • The AI Robot that answers after-hours can get confused sometimes but it's only seldom when that happens.
  • Sometimes the reps don’t follow detailed instructions, this can cause us to lose clients.
