It was hard to find cases on Declaratory Judgements rulings,  especially on Insurance litigation issues.

I enjoy the ease of just getting to the things I need quickly.

At least for my state, I am not sure I am getting the search results I need for workers compensation litigation.

A Very Good Relatively Inexpensive Computer Legal Research Tool.

We deal with complex often very unique matters so its ability to zero in help reduce time spent and gleaning through less relevant information.

I like the CARA search feature and I feel overall it's just a better product at a fair price.

Not all cases are available in Casetext. Also, the format of case cites for Texas appellate courts prevents the user from identifying WHICH appellate court is being cited - very frustrating indeed.

The product is outstanding and the company is innovative and provides excellent customer support. Casetext is my go-to legal research platform, and I've used many in the past.

Overall, I really like Casetext as a legal research tool. It is easy to use and inexpensive for my solo law practice.
