Pros/Cons

Pros
I love this company, and the hands on customer service! No drama, only results! and great prices!
Great staff. Easy to talk to and excellent ideas for our site.

Cons
The website backend wasn't very easily customizable, but any edits requested were handled prompty by the Marketing360 team. I would prefer a bit more control, but overall a great experience.
l noticed the more you download onto your phone the app runs slow. Not sure why but other than that love it.

Pros
I like the functions of it all. It's very organized, and once you're used to it, it's very easy to use.
Ease of use, so easy to use, i enjoy being able to pull it up anywhere at any time.

Cons
The report builder and dashboards are very powerful, but are less intuitive than other aspects of the platform.
Some of the customization isn't as user-friendly as I would like it to be but customer service is always helpful and can usually solve any issue that I have.
