Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The ease of use - even my tech-challenged board members have leaned in and are appreciative of the features it provides. I also love the minute taking tool.

  • The price is great, it looks and feels really simple and lovely, and the company is obviously interested in feedback and improving the product.

  • Cons

  • It may lack a couple of bells and whistles that some of the more sophisticated products have, but for the money it wins out BIG time.

  • The polling options need clarified a bit more - they are not as intuitive as the rest of the software is.

  • Pros

  • The product is extremely helpful and easy to use.

  • I like that the product is easy to use and very intuitive. If I ever have a question, I know that my call will be answered immediately by a friendly and knowledgeable person.

  • Cons

  • Initial set-up was not as easy until you learned set-up and work from pervious templates.

  • Some of the features in the legacy desktop app "one click" are a bit clunky, however with the development of the web app, this is becoming a non-issue.
