Best Asset management tool for organization.

We use tririga for Asset management through the organization. It keeps track of data about different asset that my organization hold. I manage all asset information and update the required asset , defective asset, asset which we have to buy . we maintain all the asset related work using tririga

Pros

Flexible to be as flexible as possible without character limit Esay Layout Resource assignment is very easy for task Export reports in various format . Maintenance is very easy.

Cons

Working little bit slow when we export the reports. When we download reports we may found sone duplicate column.

Efficient if set up properly

Pros

Using this software does give the user the ability to monitor there assets or equipment more efficiently and to be able to notice trends over time by collecting data, running reports, and then exporting them to Excel and other data analytic tools.

Cons

Depending on what the software is needed for, not all of the features are useful or user friendly.

IBM is pretty good.

This product is very interesting. It is pretty easy to use after you get a hang of it. We used to have a different product and it was not as good as this one now. We have hadIBM Tririga for 2 years now and it has been really good!

Best Asset and Facilities Management Tool

We are using tririga to manage the entire states asset and facilities management to provide a better health care.

Pros

*Can manage a very large complex information *Scalable to an organisation of any size *Modules are like building blocks. highly customisable. *An active record can't be deleted, prevents unauthorised damage.

Cons

*not very intuitive in UI *Complex to understand for any regular user *Number on concurrent users on the application is limited. *Expensive to customise.
