Collectiveview Satisfied Customer
We currently use the work order, lease and visitor modules and have had favorable feedback from our internal customers and our vendors. Transitioning to Collectiveview initially seemed like a daunting task however the team we worked with made the process easy and fun. With the growing quantity of IWMS products on the market the difference ultimately comes down to ease of transition, user friendliness and ongoing support, Collectiveview exceeds on all three.
Pros
The Collectiveview team listened to our needs, which were slightly unique, and provided a product that fit our requests. The support team is attentive and creative with every new request or change we have asked of them. The product itself is incredibly user friendly, adaptable and reliable.

Great information, easy to use, excellent customer service
Pros
Great information that is easy to compile and use Customer service is quick to respond and they help with whatever they can Easy for us to get the information we need for multiple office locations They let us know when there may be redundancies and offer to help fix them
Cons
Sometimes I don't know what report I need, so it takes me a few clicks to find it. That's rare and is the only complaint I could think of.
