About Aceyus Call Center

Aceyus is a call center management software that provides real-time reporting and analytics for midsize and enterprise level contact centers in any industry. It is available for either on-premise or cloud-based deployment.

Reporting and analytics capabilities help customers collect and manage incoming data from multiple sources or other systems, for example, ACD, IVR and CRM. The data is then combined and centralized. Aceyus makes the data actionable by producing real-time and near real-time reporting and analytics.

Users can create dynamic dashboards with multiple visualization elements and can select from a variety of real-time data elements, charts, graphs and gadgets. Dashboards also include trends analysis.

Extensions and add-ons include an analytics module, which provides insight into the customer experience, various data adapters and reporting APIs.

Strategic integrations include Active Directory for single sign-on access and out-of-the-box reporting for the most widely-used contact center platforms.

Aceyus also offers a native mobile app for iOS, for viewing dashboards remotely.

Complicated at first

First time I didn't like it but then once you know how to move all features it's more than useful


For my company it helps me to have all data in one hand.. I can actually sport real time reports every hour and I can see previous day performance( call center industry) and info is very accurate


At the beginning it keep crashing and logging me out and sometimes you have to re - enter your user and password several times.... And sometimes it has a performance delay of 15 to 20 minutes
