Not the best softphone i've used

works well, but could be improved in many areas though.

Pros

I like that it's fairly basic and can be operated without the need for a desktop phone at all. Also fairly unobtrusive, can just sit in the background on your desktop.

Cons

Not very user friendly. Transferring internal calls is not as easy as it should be because you can't search for internal extensions. Also, it prompts for work or personal number when you try to call, even if there is no personal number loaded.

Great Solution

We found it overcomplicated from an administration perspective, which was a shame as the solution is absolutely amazing.

Pros

Amazing solution that really maximizes you telecommunications and gives you the return that you always wanted.

Cons

Have to confess that they have one of the most difficult pricing structures that we have ever seen.
