Breeze vs Church Windows

I think the email editor could be improved. We use it daily, and it gets the job done, but for rich-text emailing, should be better.

Some processes can be hard to navigate without help, but the basic functions a easy to learn and perform.

This con is both a pro and a con - the software updates often which is great for bugs but sometimes the new features are too much to learn .... if that makes sense. :)

Developing new templates for forms takes a bit of time to set up, but then you have your form laid out exactly as you need it.
