Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Metrics - love this feature. It makes it easy to monitor different things at a glance. Love that CCB incorporates check-in and giving. Love the Lead App.

  • The thing I like the most about CCB is that it is web based and I can access it from anywhere. Even my phone. The great customer service when I have an issue is also a plus!

  • Cons

  • It tends to be a tad behind the curve when it comes to keeping up with newer technology and fresh looks but definitely stepped it up recently.

  • Some features are hard to navigate and aren't very intuitive. But again, they seem to be working on those issues all the time.

  • Pros

  • I love having all our data in one place! Also having an app that allows me to get contact information after hours is extremely helpful as well.

  • I love how easy the main interface is to use. It is also very easy to get in touch with customer service when you need direction learning how to use a new feature.

  • Cons

  • Managing this system is almost a full time job. The data upload process was complex to say the least and unless payments are processed through Neon, the continued data entry can be quite tedious.

  • there are a few quirks on limitations with reporting and social fundraising but they are totally things you can work with to get creative.
