Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Metrics - love this feature. It makes it easy to monitor different things at a glance. Love that CCB incorporates check-in and giving. Love the Lead App.

  • The thing I like the most about CCB is that it is web based and I can access it from anywhere. Even my phone. The great customer service when I have an issue is also a plus!

  • Cons

  • It tends to be a tad behind the curve when it comes to keeping up with newer technology and fresh looks but definitely stepped it up recently.

  • Some features are hard to navigate and aren't very intuitive. But again, they seem to be working on those issues all the time.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Very versatile. The support is incredible, excellent!

  • Easy to use, good technical help, price is great, easy to learn. Not too long of a wait time to get help

  • Cons

  • I would like a little bit more ability to customize reports, but there is a wide range of reports to choose from!

  • It can be a little complicated in certain areas, but the frustration is minimal compared to how great the product is.
