Coba CMMS is a cloud-based maintenance program that was created specifically for hotels, by former hoteliers to provide automatic scheduling of all preventative maintenance and real-time workflow for all reactionary maintenance.

Coba CMMS programs are customized per property, brand and management requirements to generate property-specific preventative maintenance routines. The program also allows orders to be generated by anyone at any time, and will notify the staff via text. As PMs and inspections are scheduled and orders are created, the team can complete them from any computer or mobile device and all work is instantly reported up and stored for 5 years of history and analysis.

Coba CMMS includes an executive dashboard and mobile app that display real-time metrics, allow the users to create and edit orders and contain a portal to each property’s dashboard.
