Pros/Cons

Pros
It's powerful and easy to use It's fast and stable It works well with all major browsers It's updated frequently with new functionality The support is very responsive and effective
I like the ease of use - It has been really easy to roll out to the userbase

Cons
The project management part in Freshservice is okay for small companies, but lacks a few features you need when managing bigger projects.
Automation rule are restricted in what they can use (eg you can't use tags on any rules). Project management has clearly been dropped, which is disapointing.

Pros
I love that it is easy to use and it is an all in one package that you can grow with.
Easy to use and integrate with other softwares. Fast interface and very easy to customize. Excellent!

Cons
One small con about odoo is that it can be a little buggy at times. although a quick refresh fixes the problem.
Not sure it is a con but is lean on features - it does the basics really well but if you want all the features you will need to customise
