Advantage CSP is an enterprise content services platform designed to help organizations manage their digital content and streamline workflow. It combines the features of both digital experience management (DxM) and enterprise content management (ECM) into one integrated application.
Advantage CSP allows businesses to create site pages, digital content, images, videos and more. Its open-ended workflow architecture can be customized to give different system access levels to administrators, managers and users. The WYSIWYG editor allows users to edit templates directly within the application so that users can preview how their content will look.
Additional features include search functionality, custom reporting, video banners, image gallery, search engine optimization and online registration management. The solution is available both on-premise and in the cloud. The cloud version is available for a monthly subscription while users can purchase the on-premise version for a flat fee.

Very powerful off-the-shelf tools. We did not require any customized features at all. Also, there are no pre-set restrictions on design, enabling us to totally customize the look-and-feel. We were also able to launch quickly for business reasons, while confident that the back end tools would enable us to build out functionality and new content sections in future. Customer support has been a dream, very responsive.
Because the platform is so full-featured and powerful, there is definitely a learning curve to become totally comfortable using the back-end tools. On the other hand, customer support is great and with a bit of practice, site administrators can get up to speed fairly quickly.
