FieldPower is a cloud-based field service management solution that caters to organizations in the property management, utilities, energy and transportation industries, among others. It is also available for on-premise deployment.
This solution supports automatic dispatching, allowing for responses to same-day emergencies. Dispatchers can also schedule a work order manually, depending on situational needs.
FieldPower also comes with GPS optimization and back-office integration. Reporting capabilities include pre-built field force reports, which can be tailored to include company information. The “Forecast” tool helps users with workforce and inventory planning by predicting trends. Users can manage multiple vendors, with functionality that automatically selects the technician available from a list.
Mobile inventory management capabilities allow field personnel to update inventory data remotely. FieldPower is accessible from mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, smartphones, laptops and wireless devices from Intermec and Psion.
Support is available via phone, email and through an online knowledge base.

I personally have been using FieldPower for 7 years and highly reccommened it for custom solutions to specific software needs.
No software installation needed, ability to access via URL on the internet. The system is user friendly and easy to navigate through the different menu driven options. User profiles can be created and customized to allow and restrict access. Overall it is extremely reliable and stable. Custom changes can be requested, designed, UAT tested and implemented within a reasonable time frame.
Not always able to copy and paste data from certain screens.
