The only complaint I have is that I had trouble uploading contacts to the CRM at first. Once I spoke to the sales rep she explained that a lot of the set up can be back ended.

A convenient feature to export the Deals created in Hubspot and then work with the file in Excel to create reports and tables to share with the team. It helps us track the stages of our subscription clients.

Cons

I have had difficulty with the platform losing my settings and even the Helpdesk can't correct. The solution is to open in an incognito window.

Our company used the hubspot sales crm tool to connect with potential new software clients. There is a browser and email plugin that can be super helpful with logging people directly and recalling information

Cons

The system felt somewhat clunky and was not super user friendly. While you were able to access everything you needed, it was not the greatest way to pull up info in a timely manner.

The product works seamlessly with the business to provide data directly into our main CRM system, it's simple to configure and so long as no one changes the config without telling anyone it is always working and providing data

Cons

Within the implementation of HubSpot that we use, the scope of leads is quite small, only addressing data from the USA. Not so much a con of the system. But it would be good if the higher management would allow more countries to take advantage of the solution.

I love the timeline that shows you exactly what each lead had been sent and even looked at. My favorite feature is the alerts for clicks and opened emails because I know to reach back out to them and that they are interested.

Cons

There are a lot of glitches. Sometimes email is down temporarily and many times I have to reload the page several times before everything shows up in their timeline.

What I like with this application is it's very easy to use. very user-friendly. Simple yet not intimidating to use. I can reach out many prospects via email using this application and I can also monitor the status of each send outs. Very convenient to use. I like it!

Cons

One thing I've noticed , it has limits on the number of send outs it can do within the day. It would be better to increase it's limits since we're already using the paid version of it. Other than that, I think, it's a really cool application. KEEP IT UP!

It's kind of really nice for a free CRM. Do a lot of nice things and has a lot of features even for free. What I love the most is the Deal view with all deals in funnel where you can customize your funnel and follow up on your leads. I also use it combine with Automate.io to connect and automate some process with my google calendar.

Cons

Sometimes it get a bit confusing as there is a lot of features and possibilities.

There is some things that are not customizable and are obligated like the "close date" for a deal that represent "the date you think the deal will close" which automatically is the end of the month. You have to manually change it after.

Also, there are limitations in automation as this is the free CRM.

Finally, importing and exporting could be better. Like you cannot link a business with a deal by importing businesses. You'll have to use a third party service to do so.

Cons

The user interface is not intuitive. For instance, the dashboard has a lot of features. This can be confusing, especially to new users. Social media publishing is another problem that they needs to be fixed. Sometime content don’t get posted on time and we have to reschedule it again so it gets published later.

This has become a great tool for our organization. We're small enough that there are just a couple CSRs and salespeople trained on this software and they'r able to integrate any new hires in a couple hours.
Layout is simple, crisp, and MOST IMPORTANTLY: intuitive. That's huge for me and our team.

Pros

It takes every element of conversation with a contact/lead/company/account and gives both the option to collate all communication - phone calls, emails, etc. - in one stream so any salesperson or CSR in our company can find that contact and catch up on ALL communication with them instantly.
Communication can also be segmented by type with the click of a button.

Cons

The only thing so far is difficulty transitioning to their layout and account management terms as they differ from our former systems - Salesforce and Infusionsoft.

Pros

I like how Hubspot has designed their entire product around an Inbound lead model.

Cons

I like that it can host my emails, my website, my lead management and all that. As long as your developer builds decent templates it's fairly usable by all.

Cons

It doesn't play well with salesforce and it's easy for people who don't understand what they're doing to mess it up. If you're a larger company just make sure the people know what they're doing and you should be fine.

Pros

We love Hubspot CRM! It keeps us organized, down to the smallest details.
It helps us track our growth very well as well.
We use the CRM to share tasks with outsourced contractors.
It also helps us follow up with leads!

Cons

Thankfully, we haven't found a con since we've been using this software.
