Ivinex is great for small-medium sized companies

Organize tasks, generate reports, and keep track of tickets, customers, and requests. Ivinex is a great solution, simple, lightweight and customizable.

Pros

I loved the ability to create personalized ticket views and reports for every user. Also, that you can decide how you want your layout to be, and move stuff around. You can also select different background images. The customization is awesome. Also, the ability to integrate Ivinex with other systems makes it perfect.

Cons

It can be a little slow if you don't know how to filter your views. If you deal with thousands of tickets and you need to filter, you need to do it correctly or it's going to take forever to load. I had a closed tickets view, and if I needed to go back to one of them to find a missing detail or something, I needed to be very specific in order to not waste time.
