Great Integration with Outlook 365.

As a smaller business, it is important to create a relationship with your clients. Nimble really helps us realize our goals in this aspect. The affordability is important for us, and with Nimble you really get the bang for your buck. I just really wish that they would make it easier for us to manage the duplicates in our system. It is just very tedious to go one by one and edit or delete them. A merge option would be very handy and would make this already awesome software even better.

Pros

I really love the integration with Outlook 365. Most other CRMs require manually inputting your information, but Nimble does not. I also really like the plugins. They make using the software easy to use and my preferred CRM. The ability to look at the calendar while also looking at the customer information is very handy. I’ve had many times where I found this was useful. The best part is the price. This is one of the most affordable options available and the ease of use makes it a no-brainer to purchase. I have used Nimble for a few years and definitely don’t regret changing from my old CRM to Nimble.

Cons

I really wish that this was integrated with MailChimp. I have used MailChimp in the past for my email blasts, and really like the features. If it were integrated with Nimble, I would be very happy. I also found that sorting through duplicate contacts was a little difficult. I’ve had more than once where a customer had two or three contacts in my system, and I would like to have either deleted duplicates or merged them. I know there are third-party apps that could work to fix this issue, but it really shouldn’t be an issue.

I think the title says it all! Having come from an enterprise environment and being used to salesforce, this is certainly less customisable BUT doesnt require a saleforce engineer to set up and can be used very simply.

Pros

The Price! Im my opinion this offers the best value for money for those looking for a CRM on a budget
Speed of setup, you can begin working on this in one day
ease of use, its simple to get to grips with

Cons

Support is based in US and can be difficult to reach
Not much customisation although this is being improve
Doesnt allow you to add products

Nimble makes you look great online. It tells you when it's time to reach out to someone you haven't communicated with in a while. Cool leads get warm. Warm leads get hot. You get the picture.

Cons

I'd like more set-up instructions on the front end. It's already super easy to use. Having some extra info (based on current situation and future intent) would help me make better decisions earlier and adjust my own workflows accordingly.

You Are On Your Own

Simple way to organize contacts and deals. The email organization was why I signed up for their service.

Cons

Customer service is non-existent when you need them. Takes forever for them to respond. There is plenty of back and forth with them on issues, which would be so much easier if they just went into your account and fixed it. They require you to find the problem and fix it yourself. Very poor mobile.

Started out great but a bit downhill now!

I started using Nimble as a paid user for a couple of years now. As an early adopter, I had great hopes the company would reward early users with new features and benefits. Now I am very disappointed! The price for the service has gone up per month and the features have actually gone down - as the new features get tested on us loyal clients and then taken away to higher cost plans.
The most recent issue is a notice that I have used up my 5GB plan limits and need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. I only have 8000 contacts - how could that possibly use up 5GB of data!
Well, I found out - Nimble is downloading all of my Gmail messages and attachments and storing them on their server. They then use this data against my 5GB plan! If I delete messages out of Nimble to stay in the 5GB limit then it deletes these from my Gmail account. So Nimble is trying to FORCE me to buy a more expensive plan!

Pros

The Social media integration is a nice feature. I'm afraid to say about other features because they will get moved to higher price plans.

Cons

The Android app for my phone crashes constantly! We're sorry Nimble Crashed message is a constant companion on my phone. Holding my Gmail messages hostage for more money is a real Con! They used me to test their group message feature and then took it away once they got it working.

We have been with Nimble for a little over 2 years. Depending on the size of the company, I would recommend this product. You can chat with someone pretty much at any time, and they answer your questions with little wait time.

Pros

They are very helpful. If you want a feature, you can ask, and they might be able to add it.

Cons

Can be slow running, and when you type someones name in they don't always come up right away.

Advice to Others

If you are looking for a scheduling software, for a smaller size company, nimble would be great for that and the pricing is reasonable.

The program is highly organized and the search feature is perfectly optimized. It can be accessed from anywhere in the world making it extremely helpful during travel. It connects automatically with social media making it very helpful for a media based company like ourselves.

There's nothing to complain about this product. I don't understand the deals section and the stay in touch feature isn't helpful for us.

Recommendations

Our company used this service for half a year. In general, the platform itself is not bad: there is a CRM; there is an adapted mobile application; There is a plugin for Chrome to work with social networks. Problems concern payment.

Cons

For some time I stopped using the service. However, the money for the next month's subscription, I still withdrawn, despite the freezing of the account. I wrote to the support service, the money was returned, but still there was an unpleasant aftertaste.

Cons

Some times our users will customize themselves and forget where they placed items, this is easily fixed by checking the options for what they are looking for. This is a small and arbitrary complaint and only because I have to put something here. Nimble is a great CRM and gets the job done.

In our company, Nimble has been implemented for 3 years already (since the application entered the commercial market itself). We use it to track activity and send personalized emails. Work turns out very quickly thanks to the extension for the browser. And in case of problems, support is always trying to help.

Cons

There were no problems to track the activity, but there are flaws in the mailing list. It restricts attachments, so I can not attach multiple folders to the message.

I work in a large company that uses Nimble. One of the main tasks of our SMM-managers is to track company references in social networks and respond quickly to comments. Service copes with its task, alerts come on time, there are no problems.

Cons

The only downside is that a subscription is expensive. For me, as an employee, this is not very important, but for those who want to connect the service, this can be a problem. I would recommend using it only to medium and large companies that can pay for a subscription.

I started using this CRM during the beginning of this year and it's been a nice experience so far. It integrates very fine with Gsuite and I needed only that integration so never checked any other email services yet. It automates email campaigns like a pro and never have to worry about managing the contacts. Once entered in to Nimble it will be safe for ever.

Cons

The overall look of the dashboard and the platform as a whole is not attractive enough. It seems sometimes like few options are not easily viewable on the dashboard.

Nimble helps us interact with customers. It takes one minute to collect data from email addresses. And when we are somewhere mentioned, the application reports this through notifications. All collected information is saved and it can be displayed in the form of statistics. This is a great solution for business improvement.

Cons

The flaws I wanted to write about have already been fixed. They related to a mobile application: before the release of version 3.0, there were problems with connection and synchronization. We wrote about this in support, they confirmed the problem. At the moment there are no more problems.

Nimble is the best CRM for small companies and freelancers who do a lot of email marketing. All the utilities like calendars, collaborations are just included effectively. No need to have a paid email client to set up and integrate with it. I set up my gmail and work email both in just minutes and everything else was very easy and carried out inside Nimble.

Cons

We have to go searching very hardly to find out a key if we are new to the CRM. The UI seems to be very old; even they have updated it 4 months ago and still no hope! Why are they not improving the UI while everything else looks pretty satisfying?!

I had a great experience using them, a fairly easy CRM with all the functionalities one needs.

Pros

It has a smart and fast way to monitor, engage, and nurture contacts, providing context to conversations.
It brings together contacts, communication, calendars, and collaborations in one simple platform
Strong Sales Pipeline tracking and reporting functionalities
They offer a Free Trial

Cons

Their Business subscription (which in our case was the best option) is more than twice as expensive as their cheaper solution. Still, they are fair priced comparing to other major CRM solutions.

We implemented a Nimble SAN about 2 years ago. We upgraded from another vendor. I can not express enough how simple and sleek these devices are. The features integrated make administering the SAN easy even for a novice. The integrated web feature is also something that I use on a daily basis.

Cons

Some of the features are buried deep and you have to search to find them.

Overall a great platform if you're looking to better organize/communicate with your staff or team!

Pros

I like the Nimble is fairly intuitive to use and user friendly - pretty much anyone can start using at least the basic functions of the software with little or no training and figure things out from there.

Cons

It's a bit expensive for smaller businesses.

Integrates well with social profiles and microsoft software. This software was designed with small businesses in mind and is incredibly affordable. I think Nimble has a strong base for expanding the features and products they offer

Cons

Difficult to edit, link, or merge contacts that may be duplicated profiles. Amount of information is helpful overall, but difficult to manage individually.

I liked how easy it was to connect my Nimble account to Google and Gmail. It saved me loads of time doing it manually.

Cons

I disliked that it was difficult to download all the graphs.
